If your pc is rebooting then the OC you applied is too high , work up in 1 by 1 increments on fsb , until you get instability go back and find the sweet spot . Also with this proggie (dont know bout others) you are limited , you can only increase FSB but not other things like changing VCORE OR VDDR , so still the BIOS is needed , i would set my memory timings , straps , dividers and voltages in the bios before i used that proggie.

that's not the problem.... Only if I set it 1 Mhz higer it won't do it... And if I go to BIOS and want to set my multiplier from 11.5 too 12.5 and I start my pc again there stand's 11.5 and when I go back to bios there stands 12.5??/

and with that program I can overclock it but I can't save it so when I'm working with my pc I just Overclock it but when I reboot the normal settings are back then I overclock again.....

but it's not that its too far overclocked I tryed everythinh but when it's to far overclocked then your pc will reboot, standstill, blue sreen.... or something else ....

Look sometimes when I boot that program it says chipset doesn't match and sometimes it will boot...(90%) but I have a nvidia nForce2 400 ultra and one the site stands it match Huh

thats why I don't have a save button??
so cant save it only click OK so when I reboot it isn't saved.....

Revert all your settings in bios to default if you have already oc'd using the bios. And becareful when using clockgen not to clock up to far , it can f*ck up your win registries.
