Okay, I need some feedback here.  Heres what I need to do.  Lets say I have a fish tank used for growing flowers, and I want to have a constant read out of two temp readings, humidity, and PH level on the inside.  I want it to be displayed to a Matrix Orbital MX4 Series LCD panal.

I will be hooking up a computer to my fish tank.  Any feedback onto how I could do this, software I'd need, etc would be greatly appreciated.  I think I'm going to have to buy a PH, and Humidity Reader and some how hotwire it to output on my PC then forward it to my Orbital.  Please post up.  Thanx Guys!
