System slow down

i've had my system for a while now almost a year. I'm always running spyware and virus bullcrap so i know its not thats kind of thing. Is there things hardware wise that could slow it down. Dust? cos i think i need to clean it out

ummm...no dust isnt gonna cause your system to run any slower Wink just check wats running and kill off anything unnecessary, and if it is really bugging you, reinstall Grin

I know this might be a late reply, but if you haven't already, try defragging your hard drive.

Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Disk Defragmenter
