any problems with a asus a7nax-x mobo and a 9600pro 128mb video card

i'm building up a system for a friend
lemme know what you think of the rest of the specs

2.6 or 2.8 not sure yet
2*256 mb pc2700 markvision
volcano 12
350watt psu
5.1 speaker altec
80gb wd hd
logitec or ms cordless keyboard/mouse combo
17" flat panel display
dvd rom
dvd rw 8x

Specs are fine, nothing spectacular, but a good setup. settle on the 2.8 CPU, and try to up the RAM to PC3200 -it's a lot cheaper than what it used to be- . And there should be no problems with the MoBo-VGA, go ahead man, with the best of luck  Wink

 I'd drop the flat panel display if I were you, get some better gear instead, such as more RAM. If your friend is a gamer it will even be better for him performance-wise, u know: CRT vs. LCD Azn

yea i know about it
but the person wants a flashy pc
it's their money
besides she wants to cut costs on somestuff
so i chose ram, since she isn't going to oc

That 9600 aint that great if you're gonna be playing games on the system Wink And if you aren't gonna be overclocking you could probably drop the volcano 12, the stock AMD heatsink is fine if you're not OC'ing.
