I disagree what alienware does provide is a custom style killer gaming kit..Do not get me wrong.. terribly overpriced & over hyped but they did  find a niche in the saturated pcworld style of pcs market & exploit it..what alienware gives to ppl are a killer kit for those afraid to take the plunge & have one custom built..stupidly rich ppl or just stupid thats the question? on another point we now have other companies following suit such as the demonite pcs

Alienware is right at the front for an out-of-the-box PC. VooDoo PC and Falcon Northwest are two more that push all the limits on the hardware!

All three are mucho $ tho... Shocked

Yeah if you just have money to burn and want a awesome system with case paint your car is jelious of, then buy from those companies...but as for me i know i will never be able to afford or want to spend twice as much when i could just build it myself.  They are nice though.

The thing about buying one of these systems though is that they come guaranteed to run @ 4ghz or whatever. If you buy a cpu and hope to overclock it yourself the cpu isnt guaranteed to reach that speed, even with water cooling some chips just dont overclock. Its still overpriced though.
