Ask neo i guess, i watched my brother playing through the single player missions, it looked really boring if u ask me...

Had 8 player mutliplayer maches before 2, they were nothing special. Shoot, jump. Usual FPS stuff. Vehicles were kinda cool, but there handleing sucked. BF1942 was a much better multiplayer game.

There is none, its just the big fuss cos at the time it was pritty much all the xbox had and microsoft was trying to make out as if they had an absolute classic. Nothing much has changed really.

Geez, some people need a life  Tongue Not you, your mates, i cant imagine a video game effecting the world that much. I imagine GTA3 and Vice City have had the most impact. Everyone loves them, if there into games or not.

Yeah the GTA series were great, sure they didn't have multiplayer or anything but they were still really fun... Also, Halo isn't anything new and special either, its just another first person shooter...big deal...

The gta 3 games had their own mini universe. They were something special... Oozed personality and style.

Whats Halo, a alien FPS... oh wow, inventive, landscapes, done before, and done much better before... Multiplayer, yeah but BF 1942 still kicks it ass... It had vehicles, they had horrable physics and were generally pointless, the weapons were usual bland ness, the AI wasnt smart, hell i think even back in the half life days they just to ran and take cover, duck behind things etc, halo AI usually just ran out shooting, and the graphics were, well, adverage... They wernt special at all. The story, u kinda just wake up and start randomly killing things, im sure further through the game they try and introduce somethign better, but i couldnt be bothered getting that far...

I dont see anything special, just another solid, 65% shooter... Just made so big by microsoft over hyping it.
