Right now it's been running 23c. During the winter it ran at 19c, and while playing games, would jump to 25c.

Thats a really nice setup, you got the Porsche of watercooling also known as Koolance.

A great kit that I hope to get for my next upgrade with the case and everything when I am doing a total swap.
But only the CPU cooled? Aren't you going to cool Graphics and the rest of the machine?

EDIT: I need to put on my glasses a bit more often.
I didn't see the hose going from the Graphics card to the CPU block.
Do you have cooled off harddrives as well?
