Great work perc! Now for the question thats on every1's mind... When is that sucker being hooked up to the promie? Let us know Grin

Peace,

why mance thx you  Grin  ill be giving this sucker the deep freeze in a couple days once my intel mounting kit arives? i got lucky some guy at xtremesystems had a intel mounting kit from his intel system he just sold!! so he wrote me asking me if i wanted to trade since i too had just sold my 64 system? kinda worked out for the both of us and we each saved 80 bucks!! these damm mounting kits are NOT cheap man!! just to think i still have to order the amd kit if i plan on using my barton under the promie. ill worry about that when my nf7 gets back from getting volt modded. probly only run the intel in the promie for a few weeks tops cause i plan on using the intel as my everyday system and using the amd to oc and beat on. that is IF i can mange to out run this intel with my amd barton? gonna be hard deff not going to be like last time when i was able to out run my 2.4c with my JIUHB 1700 chips!! oh well only time well tell? maybe ill just buy another mach1 and have two!!!

damm dude thats a nice oc for a 2.6c. think about it man those 2.6c are cheap compared to a 3.0c. most people have to buy a 3.0c to get the ocs your getting. not all 3.0's will do 4gigs...

btw what memory and all that you running? i bet with a little tweeking that cpu will give you 4 gigs...

peace perc,

I run kingston pc3200 in dual channel. I am still waiting for my dual corsair pc4000 to arrive. The latency is currently at 3,4,4,3. After my previous problems with needing a ton of volts for anything over 3.2 gig, I got a bit scared but with much patience got down to sub 1.7 volts (around ). It runs 3.2 @ stock but with ram upped to around 2.8.

What mobo are you running? Find the section that lets you set the divider for ram and volts and all that stuff. There should be something that lets you set the fsb. That is what you need to change. Unless it is locked like my old mobo was but that was a POS gigabyte.

Hope this helps.
