I just pulled these cheats from gamespy for ya:
Need for Speed Underground Cheat: Drift Physics in All Modes
In the Main Menu Screen enter: R, UP, UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, DOWN, L.
Need for Speed Underground Cheat: All Drag Tracks
On the main menu, press RIGHT, X, LEFT, R, X, L, WHITE, BLACK.
Need for Speed Underground Cheat: All Circuit Tracks
On the main menu, press DOWN, R, R, R, BLACK, BLACK, BLACK, X.
Need for Speed Underground Cheat: All Sprint Tracks
On the main menu, press UP, BLACK, BLACK, BLACK, R, DOWN, DOWN, DOWN.
Need for Speed Underground Cheat: All Drift Tracks
On the main menu, press RIGHT, RIGHT, RIGHT, RIGHT, LEFT, BLACK, R, WHITE.
Need for Speed Underground Hint: Points for 360 in Drift
When you are in drift mode you can get some extra points for doing doughnuts. Hold one direction and the handbrake and gas and let go of the handbrake after a second. You'll just sit there and do doughnuts. This won't get you massive points but it's something.
Need for Speed Underground Hint: Rim Change
If you like a certain set of rims but it is too large for your current car, you can fit the rims on a correct car (any one will do) and trade it in for the car you want. Once you do though, do not attempt to adjust the rims or they will not be placed back on your car.
For example, the Miata can only fit 17s, but if you get a car like the Skyline put 20s on it you can then trade the Skyline for the Miata and the Miata will now have the 20s that the Skyline originally had.
Need for Speed Underground Hint: Money Mayhem
Play through Underground Mode as you would usually do, unlocking a good amount of cars and performance parts. This is just your initial investment (or 'seed money') for the trick.
Save the game. Then buy and modify the VW Golf to the maximum and trade it in for the Honda S2000 for a gain of about $1500. Take the Honda to the garage and demodify it (strip the parts) and trade the Honda for a Skyline (and a loss of about $3000). With the Skyline, you can now trade for the VW Golf for a gain of about $10,000. You can repeat this car laundering until you have enough cash for your dream machine.
Need for Speed Underground Hint: Easy Style Points
If you want to get a lot of style points, just keep playing on a drift course that gets you alot of points. Even if you come in first, you can keep replaying the level and you will keep gaining style points. This allows you to unlock all the decals paint jobs early in the game.
Need for Speed Underground Unlock Samantha's Car
Unlock all of the Vinyls by getting enough Style Points. Fill it up one more time to get her car.
Need for Speed Underground Hint: Easy Drag Races
Having a hard time completing a drag race? Strip your car of every performance upgrade except handling and brakes. Your opponents will automatically do the same thing. This makes it easier to make a perfect shift everytime. This will work in all races except the ones that say you have to have a fast car.
Need for Speed Underground Hint: Flip Cars
First "draft" a car until your front bumper touches the opponent's rear bumper, then hit the Nitrous and your opponent's car will be flipped.
Need for Speed Underground Cheat: Extra Style Points in Drift
During any Drift competition, pause t he game at the moment you impact a wall. Unpause the game and you'll be rewarded with free style points.
Need for Speed Underground Hint: Nitrous Blast
Tap the nitrous button before the race starts, when all the cars are revving their engines on the starting line, to blow a puff of nitrous smoke.

I finished Halo, Riddick, and BG: Dark alliance 2, Crimson Skies, PGR2, and i-ninja... I just got Ninja Gaiden last week, boy is that game hard... I picked up an xbox mag and tried the demo cd with the sudeki demo, damn is that game ever amazing looking.
