Consider this in your overall negotiating strategies. There are a number of things to consider when choosing which company to go with. The level of service is an important issue with me. Obviously, the split or how much they are paying you is of primary consideration.Vending machine companies can supply almost whatever type of equipment you need from kitchen equipment, tables and chairs, vending machines the list is endless.Quite often the advantages to using a vending machine company are forgotten a bit. Machines repairs are now the responsibility of the company supplying the machine. This can be a life saver if a piece of critical equipment goes out at the wrong time.

cooking recipes. Japanese ramen originated from Chinese of la mian. The dish is a bowl of noodles in a soup or broth. Ramen is a very popular fast food in Japan and has moved it's way to America. Many people classify ramen as Chinese food because it is of Asian origins. Although this is not the case it is still pretty good. The Recipe Ingredients--1 Serving of Ramen Noodles--1 Can of Broth (Chicken, Beef, Vegetable, ETC)--5 Shiitake Mushrooms--2 Green Onions--2 Cloves of Minced Garlic--1 Tablespoon of Minced Ginger--1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce--1/4 Cup of Teriyaki Sauce--1 Pork Chop or Breast of Chicken Preparation First you want to prepare all your vegetables into their correct sizes. Cut them and keep them separated in bowls. The mushrooms can be put in whole if they aren't too big but otherwise you want to tear them in half. Green onions should be 1/4 inch thick, cut on the bias or diagonally would make them look nice. Mince the garlic and ginger. These can be kept together. Cut the pork chop or chicken breast into thin strips and soak in the teriyaki sauce. Cooking Start cooking the noodles first. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add 2 teaspoons of salt to the water. Place the noodles in the water. If you made fresh noodles give them a stir to keep them separated. If you used store bough then let them soften as they will be dry and brittle. Start another pan on the stove and heat to medium high heat. Pour in the broth, garlic and ginger. Once you have done this, check the noodles. Try to separate them out with a fork or chop sticks so they are loose. Total cooking time should be about 5-10 minutes for the noodles. Once the broth is close to a boil or at a boil, reduce the heat to just under boiling and add the shiitake mushrooms, green onions and sliced meat. Add 1 tablespoon of the left over teriyaki sauce. Add the tablespoon of soy sauce as well and keep this just under a boil until the meat is cooked all the way through. This should only take 3 or 4 minutes if you sliced your meat thin. Putting It All Together Once the noodles are cooked pull them out of the pot with either a fork or a pasta spoon. Add them directly to the soup. Once all the noodles are added to the soup turn off the heat to the soup and get any garnishes ready. Sesame seeds or boiled eggs cut length wise make great garnishes. Pour the soup into a bowl being careful not to spill any. Add the garnishes and enjoy. Other Recipes cooking recipes

linktrip
I'm asked often enough, both by clients and by friends, whether they should exchange a link with the total stranger that just e-mailed them, asking them to do so, and pointing out the benefits of doing so. The short answer is no. The long answer is this: A few years ago, a link counted as a vote in the 'eyes' of a search engine. The formula for top rankings was easy back then: the more links you had (websites linking back to your website) the more 'votes' and (generally) the better you ranked the higher your website appeared in the search engine results). Pretty soon website owners and anybody with anything more than a passing interest in Internet marketing s 726 aw the opportunity to outrank competing websites simply by getting links. And one of the ways to get links is to ask another website owner to place a link on their site pointing at your site. In exchange for... a link on your site back to their site. This is called reciprocal linking, and back in the day it worked really well. This is why you shouldn't exchange links The ONLY thing you need to remember when it comes to Internet marketing is this: play fair. Not because it's nice, but because search engines are not in this to make you money; they're in this to make themselves money. They have terms of service and a whole range of technology that helps them prevent website owners from manipulating the search engine results. Getting links in order to increase your website's ranking (appear higher in the search engine results) is an attempt to manipulate the search engine results. And this is a no no. The whole idea of the Internet is that everybody has a voice, and people can freely point links at you if they like, support or admire what you have to say. In other words, they have to place links on their website pointing at your website, to help them tell THEIR audience about YOU. And they have to do so because they want to, not because you bribed them. And exchanging links... is not the same as a free vote. Exchanging links can harm your website's reputation Today search engines are a lot cleverer than they once were, and they're certainly clever than the website owner who believes he or she can still trick them. Search engines now place values in links. What those values are, nobody knows. Websites also place value on websites. What those values are is easier to guess in this instance. In the Internet 5000 marketing industry, this value is called reputation, and sometimes it's referred to as 'trust'. And it's important. In fact, it's KEY. Your website's authority is affected by your website's reputation. If a website with poor reputation links to your website... then you're putting your website - and your business - on the line. Get enough links from websites with poor reputations and your website will have poor reputation by proxy. When somebody asks you to exchange a link with them, unless you know that their website is 'clean' and in good standing with the search engines, then there is every reason on Earth not to exchange that link. Knowing or even guessing the status of the website in terms of reputation and authority takes knowledge, so unless you have access to a professional with the right knowledge, the prospect of finding out is not even worth considering. Of course, it goes without say, that you should never ask the owner of the website if their website is 'clean' and in good standing with google and co. Naturally they'll say yes (because they want a link from you). So why are people asking you to exchange links? The main reason a total stranger e-mails you asking you to exchange links is because they want to benefit from it. When it comes to Internet marketing, there is a ton of misinformation and out-of-date 'strategies' that lead to countless people using poor or plain bad practices. Link building software usually has a bunch of template-ready e-mails that contain the whole message, structured like this: Greeting ask for link exchange point out the benefits of exchanging links (usually a raft of benefits including better search engine rankings) A lot of it is not accurate, and some of it is not true. The bottom line is that most of these people are sending you a template e-mail to convince you to give them a link back. How or why they found your website is a case of how visible your own website is. If your website is popular and you actively market it, expect plenty of requests to exchange links. Take it as a compliment and move on, unless you know what you're doing. Are all s bad? The answer is no. Link exchanges can be very beneficial, when done correctly. However, the effort involved in checking that their website is 'clean' is seldom worth it. Moreover, you have no control of their website and who or what they link to - or who links to THEM - now or in the future. A website you agree to exchange links with could have anything from porn websites, gambling websites and spammer websites linking to THEM, and passing some of that reputation to YOUR website. On the whole, the Internet is full of website owners firing template e-mails to everybody asking for link exchanges with websites that have poor reputation Keep one thing in mind: if the people asking you to exchange links had strong, authoritative websites, those websites would rank well naturally in the search engines.... and they wouldn't be contacting you (a total stranger) to ask for a link in the first place. Therefore, assume that their websites are not altogether 'clean'. If they've asked you for a link, they've asked a thousand people (remember, they're using automated software that sends out a template e-mail to hundreds and thousands of addresses at the click of a button). The verdict: exchange links or not Unless you can verify the website wanting to link to you is reputable in every sense, don't do it.

Koh Samui Island Property Investment Koh Samui, Thailand's number one tropical Island destination with its own international airport creates an ideal platform for any would be property investor. Recognized for being an internationally known World class holiday destination not only brings an abundance of nationalities but also opportunities for lucrative property investment. While the majority of interest has traditionally been from European countries such as the UK, Germany, Russia, the Netherlands, France and Scandinavian countries, a new market of investors is emerging from Asia and Middle Eastern countries including Singapore, Vietnam, Korea, China and the UAE. The recent surge of interest from Asian investors is due to an increase in the levels of disposable income, recent deregulation of foreign investment laws (Korea) as well as new direct air links to/from Koh Samui. Discounted flights within the region also offer tremendous value to tourists wishing to holiday on Koh Samui and its surrounding Islands. Koh Samui's real estate profile includes many large branded hotels and exclusive luxury villa developments. The market here is firmly based due to the fact that nearly all purchases of property are made without finance. Local mortgages are indeed not readily available, making property prices much more resilient to the World financial meltdown. What had been seen over recent months are certain properties being discounted, where the owner has a need to sell quickly due to financial losses sustained elsewhere in the World. This has created several buying opportunities, although these are generally quickly moved on to investors with cash. So recent activity in the property market in Koh Samui has mainly been driven by cash investors, looking to move funds into property where good discounts have been offered. There is activity both on resale properties with price reductions of 10% to 30% to move property quickly to release cash and also certain developers looking to manage their working capital and clear property stock. Developer's in the early part of 2009 have been finishing off part complete properties, and selling them at a discount to realize cash. At this time there are still several opportunities to gain and purchase luxury property, before the local market shows complete signs of rebound and starting its predicted growth path. After understanding these current local climate conditions, the Koh Samui market has undergone a change of emphasis with the arrival of a new breed of creative developers aware of the great potential from planned increases in numbers of luxury travelers and investors looking for Lifestyle investments. Focusing on two innovative developers both anticipating this demand for Lifestyle investment properties, both focusing on the area surrounding Plai Laem and Cheong Mon. They reason that with the areas fantastic beaches, closeness to the airport and no signs of overcrowding this makes it an ideal location for a lifestyle investment. Indeed the area still exhibits a traditional Thai feel with small beach resorts combined with more luxurious properties, 5 star spa resorts and hotels. Both have strong ideas about how to create lifestyle property, which act as both an exciting investment and life style vehicle for those seeking to experience Koh Samui tropical Island life in luxury packages. The Mandalay Gardens apartment project is set not far from Cheong Mon on the hillside. It is only 800 metres from the beach, with many of the apartments having spectacular sea views. It is indeed a fully flexible vehicle and as a lifestyle investment gives its owners the best possible advantages, having the special feature of a branded hotel management by Astudo. The project was soft launched in May this year, with a show unit being ready for active investors already in place at the hillside site. There are 9 different types of 1 bedroom units ranging from 50 Sqm to 90 Sqm. Prices start from 3.49m Thai Baht. Investment returns are not guaranteed, but with a 35% occupancy level are anticipated to reach 6 to 8 % at a 3,600 Baht a night average rate. Most owners are anticipated to participate in the rental program, and by doing so are granted up to 60 days per year free use. There is the possibility before construction commences of combining 2 or more units to create 2 or 3 bedroom apartments. Following on from its successful first project, Mandalay Villas, Tibor Szedlak CEO of Mandalay Samui Developments stated that the company has been founded on private financing, with no loans or other outstanding commitments. The legal status of this current project gives its owners a leasehold ownership of 30 + 30 + 30 years. Land ownership is secured by the fact that each unit owner equal shareholder in the land owning company. Payment's after the initial 35% deposit are based on monthly installments becoming due as work is completed. Sterling has been appointed as Project Managers with DFDL Crawshaws acting are legal advisors. The whole project is set on 5,600 Sqm of land and with construction commencing in September 2009 and completion of Phase 1 by the third quarter of 2010. The Samui Emerald Condominium represents another attractive option as a lifestyle investment, with the construction already underway, now is the time to take advantage of the remaining units on offer. Completion of the whole facility is contractually scheduled for no later than December 2010. Situated along side Plai Laem beach it gives easy access to Cheong Mon and back along the coastline to the chic boutique resort, Fisherman's village. This area is home to the high end resort, Six Senses-Hideaway and Giorgio Armani's branded villa development is also close by. Among the other close by attractions are Big Buddha, Turtle Island and Koh Som. The Samui Emerald units give their owners access to classy facilities including a large swimming pool, restaurant, fitness suite and multi lingual reception. Units range from 1 to 3 bedrooms, including 4 Penthouse apartments with standard units from 44sqm to 109Sqm with prices starting from 3.05m Baht. Units come fully furnished with modern designs including all loose furniture and electrical items. Again, there is no guarantee on investment returns but expect 8% with average rental rates estimated at 2,700 Baht per day for a standard studio room with 30% occupancy. Samui Emerald will be run like a hotel. Guests will be met at the airport, transferred to the site, deposits will be taken, guests will be shown to their rooms to find welcome basket and shower amenities waiting. Owners who enter the rental scheme can benefit from up to 167 days per year free usage, whilst obtaining income for the rest of the year. Given its legal status as a Condominium, also gives foreign investors the opportunity to obtain foreign title. 20be

Professional website design is expensive, so it's worth looking at the various free website design software that is available. There are many reasons why people are looking at developing their own websites. Virtually every business in existence today should have a website. Not only does it help current customers or clients stay abreast of any new changes in the business, but it also can help draw in potential new clients. Individuals are also becoming more aware of the benefit of having their own website, whether it's to post pictures to share with family or friends, or a place to showcase their talent via posting their writings or artwork. WebPlus is one of the most popular brands of free software to design websites. It's readily available online and is relatively easy to use, even for a novice website designer. Another good choice is Nvu. This software is also free and works not only with computers running Windows platforms but with Macintosh as well. One of the most appealing aspects of Nvu is that the person using it does not need to know any HTML at all. They can design an entire website just by using the free tools included with the software. This includes pre-designed templates and even some generic images. If you've spent any time at all with someone who is proficient in designing websites they will likely tell you that Dreamweaver and FrontPage are considered some of the best website designer software. Dreamweaver is an Adobe Product and although it's one of the most detailed and well-equipped web design software programs, it comes at a steep cost. The same is true of FrontPage which is part of the Microsoft series of products. Another drawback, beyond the cost of these products is that that require the user to know advanced HTML. With all the interactive free website designing software that is currently available, there's really no reason for a beginner to venture into the world of paid software. Experimenting with the free software is easy and it's often surprising how professional a website can look after being designed via this route. As long as the individual using the free website design software understands basic computer commands and takes their time choosing a template, colors and fonts, they can create a great looking website in under a day. Almost all of the free programs that are available come with an interactive tutorial that allows the user the chance to see how the software works so they'll be able to create their own personalized site in no time at all. Until you become more proficient, there's absolutely no need to invest hundreds of dollars in a professional website design software package, when there are so many free ones just waiting to be downloaded. You can download one now and have a website up and running by the end of the day.

Microsoft released it's Windows XP Service Pack 2 finally. The thing is, right now you have to get it on CD or simply hit the Automatic/Windows update. A few sites have mirrored the file and it's 266 MB !
REDMOND, Wash. - Aug. 6, 2004 -- Microsoft Corp. today announced the release to manufacturing of Windows® XP Service Pack 2 with Advanced Security Technologies. This free service pack delivers the latest security updates and innovations from Microsoft, establishes strong default security settings, and adds new proactive protection features that will help better safeguard computers from hackers, viruses and other security risks.
"Service Pack 2 is a significant step in delivering on our goal to help customers make their PCs better isolated and more resilient in the face of increasingly sophisticated attacks," said Bill Gates, chairman and chief software architect at Microsoft. "It is the result of sustained investments in innovation and extensive industry collaboration. It also reflects a broad recognition that as the security environment changes, the industry needs to work together to respond."
Service Pack 2 Provides Proactive Protection for Windows XP Customers

Enabling 16 Pipelines On GeForce 6800
Alexey Nikolaychuk, the author of RivaTuner, has found the mechanism, which NVIDIA cards use to set 12 or 16 pipelines on GeForce 6800 and 6800GT/Ultra, respectively. Of course, if a card has 4 offline pipelines defective, it will produce artefacts and we can't guarantee that any GeForce 6800 can be remade into a 6800GT.

Thermaltake Fanless 103 Review
Teschke.de has reviewed a sample of the Thermaltake Fanless 103 cooler.
Here´s a blurb:
The computer runs without any problem. The air design case offers all the passiv cooled components a good natural convection. But without a the case it wasn´t possible , because during Performance Benchmarks the CPU and the graphic card showed here and there a few instabillitys. The Noiseblocker S2 Fan caused in Idleuse between 11 and 19 dB, because of the very efficient MSI CorelCell Technology and you could call this system “silent”.

Doom 3 Exploit
This was spotted over at Guru 3D's Forum posted by Tidus.
I run #doom3 on the IRC network Gamesurge and something occured yesterday that I thought I'd alert you all of so it doesn't happen to you. A user, posted a link that showed how to play co-op mode. I didn't think anything of it. I went afk for a while to do some work and I came back to a channel going nuts. Apparently this link led to website that claimed you needed to have a special .pak in order to play co-op. People downloaded it and joined this server this kid pasted. Upon joining, their game crashed and when they tried to log back in they got "CD key in use".

nVidia 0wnz DOOM 3 Benchmarks!
As ST posted earlier:
The bro's from HardOCP posted a bunch of benchmarks done with the final version of DOOM 3. One thing is a sure fact, NVIDIA's GeForce 6800 series has a serious advantage over the x800 series from ATi. Even the 300 USD GeForce 6800 GT seems to be a quite a bit faster than a 500 USD x800 XT. Then again, when you place a GeForce 5950 Ultra against a Radeon 9800 XT, the XT wins.
Interesting read for sure:
As John Carmack said of DOOM 3 in our introduction, "all of the modern cards play the game very well." The NVIDIA 6800Ultra and 6800GT video cards along with the Radeon X800XT-PE are going to be stellar DOOM 3 performers probably giving the gamer better Image Quality and framerate performance than we ever thought would be possible at the launch of DOOM 3. These three GPUs are simply going to deliver a level of visual gameplay immersion in DOOM 3 that will likely blow away even the most hardened game player or hardware enthusiast. That said, it looks as if ATI's decision to scale their current line of flagship video cards by crippling the Radeon X800Pro's graphics pipelines to 12 pipes, instead of the 16 pipes of the Radeon X800XT-PE might have been a bad move, at least in terms of satisfying DOOM 3 players. NVIDIA on the other hand chose to scale from their Ultra to GT models by only decreasing the clock speed of the GPUs. The NVIDIA 6800GT certainly stood out among the crowd as its DOOM 3 framerates continually outpaced the Radeon X800XT-PE that currently has a list price that is $100 more than the GeForce 6800GT. NVIDIA has told us more than once that the 6800 series was "designed to play DOOM 3," and the truth of that statement is now glaringly obvious.
The older GeForceFX 5950 and Radeon 9800XT cards have also shown that they are going to deliver great performance in DOOM 3. Having a last-generation video card and playing DOOM 3 is simply going to provide a great gaming experience with all features turned on that make DOOM 3 what it is. So hardly think that you are going to be left behind. In fact if you are playing on a bit older hardware, you might be the envy of your block as you are probably coming away with more money left over to spend on games than your neighbor. What good is a $500 video card if you don't have money left over to purchase DOOM 3?
For those of you that think you are not going to have the hardware that you need to play DOOM 3, the fact of the matter is that many of you will be just fine, although an upgrade may still be in your future. As of this afternoon we were playing DOOM 3 on a 1.5GHz Pentium 4 box with a GeForce 4 MX440 video card and having a surprisingly good gaming experience. Even a subtle jump to an AMD 2500+ with a GeForce 3 video card that is two years old will deliver a solid gaming experience that will let you enjoy the game the way id Software designed it to be. That fact alone should let many of you know that you will not be left behind in experiencing DOOM 3.
On a similar note, while Activision revealed recently that Doom 3 would begin shipping to retailers around the world from 2 August, they failed to confirm an actual on-sale date for the game. But, via a carefully worded statement, they have today revealed that the official UK release date for the PC version of the gruesome first-person shooter is set to be ... Friday the 13th of August. I just love it how they picked that date for this particular game ..Well i wonder when its going to be released in Australia!

16 Days to Half Life 2 Completion ?
An HL2World forum member(JB55) took the took the time to email Gabe about HL2’s Release date. Here is the info he got back:
jb55The super-intelligent over at hl2central are saying hl2 is being delayed once again. Please give me a quote of some kind so I can prove them wrong and get the news corrected.
Just give me a simple yes or no, is it delayed again? Thank you for your time.
Gabe Right now we are looking at our bug numbers. Each day you fix some bugs and you find some new bugs. The net number tells you how quickly you will get to zero.
At our current rate of find/fix bugs, we'll be down to zero bugs in 16 days.
I'm betting it'll be the end of Aug. before a gold copy is even out.

Call of Duty 2 and True Crime 2 confirme
It was rumored already last week, Activison, CEO Ron Doornink revealed a massive slate of titles for the following 12 months adn indeed we can expect COD II, yippeeeh!:
For fiscal year 2006 (April 2005 to March 2006), Doornink said Activision will release "sequels to True Crime, Call of Duty, Spider-Man, Tony Hawk, Shrek, and Quake." Doornink did not mention what platforms these sequels would appear on, sparking speculation that the titles could be released on next-generation consoles. However, Doornik only obliquely mentioned that Activision will be "committed at launch to next-generation consoles."
In addition to its formidable assortment of sequels, Activision will have several new titles in its fiscal-year-2006 arsenal. Games based on the comic-book-inspired Fantastic Four and Iron Man films are planned, as is a tie-in with DreamWorks' computer-animated film Madagascar. All three films are scheduled for release in 2005.

Autumn's the time for 512MB grap
ATI and Nvidia will deliver whatever it thinks the market demands and now it thinks that's cards with more memory. It's called marketing, designed to encourage consumers to buy more, more and yet more, and takes advantage of human nature. nature. We just can't help ourselves.
An Nvidia and ATI Autumn refresh will bring you 512MB of memory and we remember that ATI actually said something about delivering 512MB cards by the end of this year.
More graphics memory means larger textures but then again our beloved game developers cannot resist the pressure of the source of their money, the publishers and have to optimise for more standard cards with a smaller amount of frame buffer memory. It’s sad that even years after people learned that the graphic chip is the heart of the graphic card responsible for performance, people still measure cards by the quantity of memory. The majority of people seem to want a slower card with 256MB than a faster card with 128MB. So, after years with 256MB cards it's time for 512MB and ultimately to 1024MB in about a year, I expect.
The Nvidia NV48 and the ATI R480 are very likely candidates for 512MB but it all depends on availability at the time of launch.

Drivers: ForceWare 62.20
Neowin send news that they've snagged a new set of Forceware Drivers in the shape of 62.20 for Windows 2000/XP! All Cards Supported:
Nvidia released their highly anticipated WHQL drivers(61.76) on Tuesday. We're expecting a 62.xx or 63.xx driver in WHQL form to be released in early September ready for Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005. Since the WHQL drivers released on Tuesday simply aren't unstable enough and fun to play with we've decided to share some more with the world. Files are dated 07/15/2004 and will work with all ranges of Nvidia cards. Remember these drivers aren't WHQL and are beta. Have fun and play safe

Pics of Half Life 2
This article was posted over at Beta Connect!:
Today Chris and I visited Valve's offices in Bellevue. We got some interesting pictures, and learned some new information.
# VAC 2 will be released with HL2. It will be created for general use among mods and HL2.
# Collectors Edition will be available over steam as a "Special Version"
# There are some new Bink videos they showed us. They were trailers with collections of all footage from the E3's, etc, and a new promotional trailer. They all looked awesome. These will be released prior to HL2 and will be in publications at first, then will be available for download.
# The SDK will be released the same time the game is released.
We also saw a demo that highlighted HL2's HDR technology. Trust us, this is going to be awesome.

Gainward's CoolFX Ultra/2600

DooM3 benchmarks @ Hardocp
"Today we are sharing with you framerate data that was collected at the id Software offices in Mesquite, Texas. Both ATI and NVIDIA were present for the testing and brought their latest driver sets. While an extensive amount of data was taken, what we want to focus on is the high end video cards that are currently making their way to market. That means we will be showing you frames per second rates taken using the DOOM 3 timedemo "demo1" that will be included in your boxed copy of DOOM 3. The version of the game used to test is the same version you will be loading onto your own computer."

Enermax Noisetake 425 Watt powersupply.
Enermax have always made awesome powersupplies and the Nosietaker series is no exception. Phoronix has only good things to say about it.
"Over the years, I have owned several power supplies from Thermaltake, Orion, SilenX, CoolMax, and Antec, but none of their features or performance compare to the power supply that we will be examining today. This power supply is the Noisetaker EG425P-VE SFMA from Enermax Maxpoint."
